like an Amazon
you straddle two continents
transcending cultures
in your journey of self-discovery
tracing the footprints of the past written in the stars
when the universe was young

you march
towards the future
with
a whoop of delight
longing
for the magic blossom

yet, nostalgia for the ancient
nights
(and for the values
of your ancestral home)
continues
to colour your dreams

you ride on the wings of progress
seizing the day with glee and feeding the hungry soul:
please don’t look back
don’t give up the struggle
don’t fall in love with the Kingdom
of your lost childhood because it will break your heart

now, be like me
embrace the new dawn
with all your heart and feel the difference
immerse yourself
in the intoxicating fragrance
of the beloved and taste her naked smile

dance with
the golden wattle
of desire
under
the wandering moon
and kiss the flame

Hopes and Dreams

the frisky atoms
circle the mound of Venus
like the cosmic butterflies
rousing
the love molecules
as I nibble on
the luminous ear of the beloved

i pluck
the suns of Findon
with one hand
caressing the moon
changing
the wicket paradigm
with hopes
and dreams

i float
like the wings of time sublime
like the true son of the expanding universe
longing for you
as the golden light
shines
upon me
enriching my soul forever

the Mother Earth
listens to my heartbeat with passion
revealing the inner secrets of life foretold
touching
caring
nurturing
loving me
dragging me
deeper and deeper
into her warm embrace
in the greatest hour of need

the secret
of survival liberates my consciousness
running through
every cell in my body
opening my eyes to a new life
of countless possibilities
a new world of love and peace
as cherry blossoms

Two Hearts Meet

two hearts meet
in the crack dawn
morphing into oneness
like song and dance
in emotional ecstasy
creating and multiplying with glee

love blossoms
in disciplined silence
as light filters
through the darkness
filling my heart with joy

dinner in the Moonflower Palace
i feed the love particles
with wit and humour

the living bread sizzles
in the oven; splitting an atom
in the moist hour

How wonderful is the soul
in the state of great rapture?
the neurons
jump for joy
and my heart throbs
with excitement
as i savour your beauty

the edible flame
of wonder quivers on my pillow
touching my soul:
revealing
the mysteries of life sublime
and filling
my
heart with joy

i enter you
as i enter the dawn of consciousness
by the crystal sea
morphing into oneness
sharing the mesmerising
sound of your heartbeat
as my neurons dance
to the ecstatic rhythm of your love

i sail through
the luminous canal of desire
in the moist hour
yearning for you…
how wonderful
it is to find your essence,
the inner light of your divine hotness
in the nick of time!

you go from solitude
to solitude; carrying
the seeds of destiny
breaking through the fog in bliss
and
rising to the sky
like the staircase to the moon
like the love bird
of the realm
with a necklace of poems

you reach
the height of passion
singing my name…
finding solace in the glittering
pond of hearts
where
the sweetest spirit
flows
in silence

who says
the light of change
is always bitter
witness
the rise
and rise
of the lost boy
a refugee
in the scented lane of promise

of life
in full bloom
wholesome and pure
like the breast

like the daughter

sensing my hunger
you come to me in the moist hour

and putting a song on my lips

love particles speak to me sweetly
feeding
my
longing forever

you touch
my heart with love divine
seducing my senses

the alchemy of desire…
how wonderful is your essence
the magic
fragrance of spring foretold
