energizing my soul as the earth moves

behold the fragrance of hope along the
winding path of time
feeding my longing before dawn

i sail through
the veins of the beloved
like the restless love particle
on a mission
finding solace
in the fragrant spring of life sublime

morph into oneness
feeding the dream
as the boundless
field of sweetness beckons
i break the shell of being with glee
revealing the mystery of life in all its manifestations
i move
into the blissful orbit in the moist hour
devouring your beauty
like an hungry soul
in the immense universe
of wonder
i cradle the luscious moon swathed in love
singing the songs of joy
as dreams come true under the glow
of your naked beauty
how wonderful is
the birth of light (and the soothing deluge of love)
in the greatest hour of need

son of the soil
in the human universe
of meaning
harvesting the moon
i pluck the tangled
web of thought
in the field of dreams
before the chilly winds
of winter
i peddle

of hope
as your smiling eyes
of love
fuel my longing
i turn over a new leaf in the nick of time
sharing the pleasure
i write an ode
to the enchanted doll of the realm
a dream lover

of promise

in the brave
battle
for survival
you crack the code
of success
showing the wonderful colours
of your selfie
a self portrait of an imagined life
that brings to an end
the famish years of uncertainty
paving the way
for a brave
new dawn of promise
in the realm overflowing with
the creative
force
of desire
the living seeds of light and air
but selfie is an illusion
(an illusion that lifts the spirit of the moment)
it is an imagined universe
of the soul in need of satire
and by its very nature
selfie is the manifestation
of the hidden desires
and emotions
of the restless soul in the process of transition
