Out of the Shadows

a flash of light
in the centre
of our galaxy’s heart
signalling the birth
of Desire
as the earth moves
i play in the deep shadows
of wonder
finding a new universe
of meaning
sprinkled with the deepest affections
of my life
thus, as the Dream beckons
i fly
like an eagle
in the hour of unforbidden pleasure
holding up the sky
i spend
a thousand moons of glee
searching for you
in absolute silence
losing myself in your essence
