i view the fragrant moon
with lustful eyes
savouring the moment
i explore the inner secrets
of life concealed by reason
as the desert blooms
in the imagined colony of the heart
you whisper the eternal truth in my ear
revealing the secret spot of desire
you unlock the pearly gates of wonder
cheering up the soul in the age of anxiety
overwhelmed by the thrill of summer bliss
my fear subsides as the earth moves
i devour the divine metaphor
in the moment of rapture
