you are the dark matter of desire
the source
of light and radiant energy
the pulse of the universe
holding up the sky

i break
the cosmic code of silence
capturing the poetic geometry
of the moment deep inside
the dark matter of the formless

i search for the elusive
elements of hope in the centre
of the circle where love blossoms in earnest
and where the god particles and the rainbow warrior cohere
designing the building blocks of the baby universe

you are the metaphor and reality of my being
the art and science in the sea of life in which i swim
the magic glue that binds the cosmic realm
the divine construct ingrained
in the human mind

you are the beauty spot
on the powdered cheeks of the universe
the precious pearl of choice
glistening like the smiling star
of destiny in my orbit

Ode to the Golden Heart

i worship at
the altar of solitude sublime
as the moon dancer
weaves her magic
in the inner sanctum
of the divine experience
changing
my consciousness forever

how
wonderful
is your essence
the eye
of the precious heart
that adores me

i strike adversity
in the face
as we morph into oneness
(and become part of each other
in the endless universe of desire)
kissing like an angel
sharing the divine moment with sparks
feeling the rhythm
of your heartbeat in the garden
of a thousand lights
blending dream and reality

you breathe new life into
the plebeian soul
in the face of great obstacles

you dance
like the hungry butterfly
in the moist hour
transforming
darkness into light

you are the golden heart of hearts
the burning flame of choice
the light waves of reason on my pillow
the wellspring of desire
in which i float
savouring the good life
with boundless energy

Perfect Smile

poetry vibrates
in my veins
like little cells of colour
as i walk into the deep
inner silence of her being
learning to love
in the raging fire of adversity

i catch
the divine twinkle
in her
eyes of blue
as i inhale her fragrance of wonder
at the
pinnacle of pleasure

i dream
of pathways of light in the lands unknown
of fun and beauty under the rose petals
of perfect harmony with the beloved
in the great curves of time
as her infectious smile
nourishes my soul
behind the spell
in a moment of profound clarity

i dance
like the gentle wind
in the deep north of my desire
painting joy
and happiness
on the dream canvass
of destiny
finding my place in the sublime
landscape
of life

The Cold Wind of Change

the blast of cold wind
in the ‘hood of Dreaming
changes everything
as we morph into oneness
sharing the forbidden love and humour
transcending adversity
with lots of laughter and the power of mateship

love blossoms in the weave of time
like lines of tender verse in full flight
like a soul in blissful solitude
finding solace
and the mystery
of life
in my orbit

i feel
the tender hand of reason
as I walk
in the shower of light
rebuilding shattered lives
with generosity of spirit
this autumn day of delicate beings

i rake
the fallen leaves
with gusto
absolutely desperate
to save the magic blossom
from the wrath of complex emotions
under the darkening sky

gliding like an ageless beauty on heat
dreaming of perfection

you take the world
by storm
spruiking desire

the heart flutters

of love and hope

musing over
the yellow moon, the sound
of endless joy

i quiver in the living
splendour of your essence,
a taste of the powerful fragrance
that transforms my life

a colourful dream of wonder

like the monk in solitude
i feed the mystery bird in blissful silence
devouring the moon

i ride the waves of emotion

like the soul in the delirium of ecstasy
drunk with love and passion sublime

i delve into the heart of the beloved
like the neuron on a mission
